How to Create a Short Link with CCAI

1. Navigate to Cloud Contact AI

2. Click on INBOX

4. Click on Create Short Link

When you send the short link to your users in an Email or SMS with CCAI, when your user clicks on the Short Link, they’ll be taken to the initial URL that you specified. In addition, in the Admin console of CCAI, you’ll be able to you how many people have clicked on the short link.
